Every Designated employer needs to know its obligations in terms of the Employment equity legislation to avoid hefty fines or compensation or damage orders against them. This one-day course will provide the delegates with necessary knowledge and skills to meet the legislative requirements of the EE Act. The delegates will have an understanding of discrimination, the roles and functions of the Employment Equity Committee, compile plans and reports. This course should be attended by chairpersons, complainants, managers, HR and ER managers and practitioners, legal advisers, shop stewards, and union representatives.
