1. DEFINITIONS 1.1.1. POPIA Toolkit - Confidentiality & NDA for Employees “Record” shall have the meaning ascribed to it the definitions of POPIA; 1.1.2. “Responsible Party” means ETDP SETA or any other party such as an operator, which alone or in conjunction with others, determines the purpose of and means for processing of PI; 2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION 2.1 ETDP SETA deems the Constitutional right to privacy of Data Subjects as an important protectable right. As a company, it will use all reasonable effort, security, and organisational measures to safeguard PI and to Process the PI of Data Subjects in a lawful and reasonable manner. 2.2 As a new member of the ETDP SETA Personnel (including employees), you will continuously be exposed to and/or Process Personal Information of Data Subjects on behalf of ETDP SETA, during the execution of your functions. (alternative clause for existing contracts) As a member of the ETDP SETA Personnel, / As an employee you have during the course of your employment with ETDP SETA, and in the future will be continuously exposed to and/or Process Personal Information of Data Subjects on behalf of ETDP SETA, during the execution of your functions. 2.3 For this purpose, the Employer requires its Personnel/Employees, to which you consent to, similarly treat, respect, keep confidential, protect, secure and Process all Personal
