2. DOMICILIA AND NOTICES. 2.1 The Parties choose as their domicilia citandi et executandi for the purpose of the giving of any notice, the payment of any sum of money, the service of any process and for any other purpose arising from this agreement or its Schedules. 2.2 Either of the Parties shall be entitled to change its domicilium address as set out above, only by written notice to the other Party. Any such change of an address shall come into effect 14 [fourteen] days after the notice to that effect was posted by the sender per registered post. 2.3 Any notice given or any communication or payment made: 2.3.1 which is delivered by hand during normal office hours, shall be presumed to have been received by the addressee at the time of delivery; or 2.3.2 which is posted by prepaid registered post from an address within the Republic of South Africa, to the addressee to the above address, shall be presumed to have been received by the addressee on the seventh day after the date of posting.
