Module 1 : DL 06: Occupational Health and Safety Act

The Occupational Health and Safety Act imposes a duty on employers to provide and maintain a safe working environment for their employees, it also places a duty on the employees to report any unsafe working conditions.

This three-hour online workshop introduces the participant to the basic principles of the Occupational health and safety legislation and the consequences of non–compliance.
