INTRODUCTION This document comprises of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct for XXX Company Pty Ltd, herein after called the Company. It is not intended to detract from, or replace, any other existing Code of Conduct of the Company. The spirit of this document is to support ethical and good business conduct by all individuals covered by it and to harness and develop a culture of honesty and integrity as a Company value that all employees subscribe to. The Company deems honesty and integrity as a top value in how it treats its employees, clients, customers, suppliers and contractors. Why should there be a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct? The purpose of this Code is the following:  To serve as a brief description of the Company’s core values;  To provide a framework for identifying conduct that is ethical and acceptable for the employees;  To create the context for the ethical use of authority and conducting of business; and  To support all efforts aimed at curbing moral degeneration within the Company. 2. SCOPE OF THIS CODE 2.1 This code of Ethics and Business Conduct applies to all the Company’s employees. Although the Company cannot bind contractors, clients, service providers and customers to this code, the principles contained herein will play a fundamental role in the continued relationship with the Company’s contractors, clients, service providers and customers.
