- The purpose of this policy is to create guidelines for the Company and the Employee to ensure fair and equitable treatment of the employee and to ensure that the employee is treated with dignity during the process of a medical incapacity hearing. Employees who are medically unfit cannot continue to perform in their current functions and the aim of this Policy is to seek solutions, of which dismissal for incapacity is the last resort.
